What type of information do we collect from you?

WSC currently hold your name, address, contact numbers and email address within their secure mailing list. It will be solely used for the management of commercial premises, circulation of property particulars, updating of property requirements when appropriate and for correspondence relating to property acquisitions and disposals. This information will not be shared with any third parties without specific consent, except in the circumstances outlined below.

How is your information used?

  • We may use your contact details to send you marketing particulars
  • We may use your contact details in relation to day to day commercial property management issues.
  • We may occasionally use your details to send you information about WSC or matters that we feel may be of interest to you.
  • We may provide your data to Government bodies or utility companies where required to do so. For example where there has been a change of occupier of premises and Utility providers and the Council may need to be advised for apportionment of invoices or Business Rates.

Employees or affiliates of WSC will have access to your personal data where it is needed to carry out a specific task. On occasion we may use third parties to process personal data on our behalf (data processors), if we do this we will use carefully selected data processors and ensure we have appropriate contracts in place to protect your data.
